Intent to Re-enroll

Dear Parents,

Happy New Year! It’s hard to believe, but the time has come to begin planning for the 2023- 2024 school year. In order to begin the enrollment process and secure your child’s placement, we are requiring current families to notify us of their enrollment intentions for next school year.

We are experiencing increased interest from families looking for placement for their children. In fact, some students have already been accepted pending placement based on current students returning. It is incredibly important that families meet all of the deadlines for enrollment. Failure to do so may result in your child losing their spot at the school. This year the process will be as follows:

• The parent will return the intent form included with this letter, by Friday January 31, 2023. On February 1st , we will begin Open Enrollment for new families based on this information. We will be unable to hold spots for current students after the 31st. If you have not, at a minimum, filed intent by the 31st, your child’s spot at Mainspring will be in jeopardy.
• The deposit will continue to be $1000. Parents who use FES-UA to pay this deposit must pay the school directly and then reimburse themselves for deposits.
  
  
• Mainspring will send out enrollment contracts to those parents that have indicated that their child will return to Mainspring. All contracts and deposits are due by March 10th .
  
  
• Please contact me at [email protected] to make special payment arrangements or further discuss re-enrollment or financial hardship options. We are open to making payment plans for the deposit, but you must reach out to us to do so.

It is imperative that you turn in your contract and deposit, or make other arrangements for payment by March 10th to reserve your child’s placement. We cannot make exceptions to this policy.
