IMPORTANT: We appreciate your interest in enrolling your child at Mainspring Academy.
Please note inquiries, tours, and observations do not guarantee student enrollment. All admissions are classroom-specific and dependent on multiple factors including age, student academic baselines, level of independence, socio-emotional skills, behaviors, support needs, etc. Once you submit this form, an admissions representative will review your request. Due to the volume of our requests, responses to inquiries and scheduling of tours or observations will be prioritized based on Mainspring Academy's current classroom needs.
To avoid callback delays , please input all requested contact information and submit all required documents. Tours last about 30 minutes and are scheduled in the windows of M-Th from 9:30am-11:30am. Children are welcome to attend the tour, but not required. Please visit our

A copy of your child's IEP will be required by the date of your scheduled tour to help us better understand how they perform as a student. If your child does not have an IEP, a copy of their psychological evaluation will be required. If you would like to upload any of these documents now, please do below.

Please note that for all tours, we require that parents please upload or bring the student’s IEP and/or psychological evaluation for your child to help us better understand how they perform as a student. Please understand that, due to increased interest and waitlists, failure to submit necessary documentation for your tour will result in immediate cancellation.
Please notify us immediately if you will be late, if you must reschedule, or if you must cancel. After a 10-minute grace period, late arrivals will result in immediate cancellation of your observation. We will not be able to accommodate any additional parent schedule changes after two instances of cancellations, two instances of rescheduled tours, or any instances of no-call, no-shows.
