IMPORTANT: Due to new state standards effective April 7th, we are now required to enroll all providers under our ACHA Clearinghouse account. Once you upload your provider policy you will receive an email from Operations Coordinator Laney Gonzalez at
[email protected] with additional steps.
Failure to submit required items above will result in an incomplete application and a delayed processing time. Therapists may not provide services at Mainspring Academy until the school has received a Permission for In-School Services form from the student's parent. If in the future, case managers are requesting for providers to observe only, they must comply with the same process. In addition, services at Mainspring Academy may not be provided until this application is reviewed and approved via email by the school's Operations Coordinator, Laney Gonzalez. You must await this approval and start date. In general, you should expect a 24-48 hour processing period with additional time considered for those providers who are not active in the ACHA Clearinghouse. We strongly recommend all providers complete a Level 2 screening with ACHA prior to submitting a provider request. If you do not receive an approval email, you are not approved to begin.
