Volunteer

At Mainspring Academy, we believe in the power of a caring community. Volunteers play an important part in our mission by bringing their time, talents, and compassion to help enrich the learning experiences of our students. Every act of service – big or small – makes a lasting difference.

Parent Participation

Volunteer opportunities for parents

There are many ways for parents to volunteer and earn the 10 required annual parent participation hours at Mainspring Academy. Parent involvement plays a key role in enhancing both the school community and each student’s experience. View the Parent Participation Guide to explore ways to volunteer – whether in person or from home. If you’re interested in helping with any of the activities listed, keep an eye on our monthly newsletter for upcoming sign-up opportunities as they become available.

Parent Action Committee

The Mainspring Academy Parent Action Committee (PAC) is a wonderful way for parents who can dedicate additional time and talents to make an even greater impact. PAC members help plan and coordinate school events and small fundraisers, creating memorable experiences for students and staff. PAC members should be available to attend most monthly morning meetings, typically held on the first Tuesday of each month in the Mainspring cafeteria.

If you’re interested in joining the Mainspring Academy PAC, please contact Sabrena Snow, Director of Student and Community Affairs, at [email protected].
